1st Find at the Farm in Atlanta: New Antique Show to Kick off Atlanta Market Week
December 9, 2013  |

The Antique & Design Center is taking its successful show on the road, launching the premiere 1st Find at the Farm event outside Atlanta on Jan. 7 and 8.

“The Antique & Design Center is the design destination at the High Point Market,” says Karen Luisana, founder and managing director of the ADC. “We have wanted to showcase our amazing finds and vendors in other cities for some time now. We are thrilled to launch a new year with a new event in Atlanta, and we know this will be a must-see event for interior designers in the area.”

1st Find at The Farm will take place during the Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market and will be a first stop for designers attending that show. Many of the country’s finest antique dealers will be showcased in gorgeous white peaked (and heated) tents on the rolling hills of the Broder Family farm, located at 1226 Flippen Road in Stockbridge, Ga., just minutes from downtown Atlanta and visible from I-75.

Gates will be open from 9am until 8pm on Jan. 7, and from 9am to 3pm on Jan. 8. On Jan. 7, renowned interior designer and educator Tobi Fairley will present “Finding Inspiration In The Mix – Layering Antiques Into Your Design For a Fresh Look”, followed by a guided show walk-through and a private wine & dine event.  This will be an exclusive RSVP-only event for designers and design enthusiasts.

1st Find at the Farm will also include live music and food trucks.
