The 2014 Newport Antiques Show

The Newport Antiques Show is one of the nation’s leading antiques events. Serious antique collectors across New England look to the annual Show as an ideal event to shop for museum-quality antiques in a central location.

During the Show’s three day run, July 25-27, 2014, forty-two of the country’s top dealers will present a diverse selection of antiques in one venue. Offerings range from 18th century paintings to contemporary art, fine furniture, jewlery, silver, rugs and wicker—among many other notable items.

The Show’s loan exhibit, Fifty Objects That Shaped Rhode Island History, is presented by the Rhode Island Historical Society and the Newport Historical Society. All Show proceeds raised through ticket sales and sponsorships benefit Newport’s past and Newport’s future—the Newport Historical Society and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Newport County.

The Newport Antiques Show opens with a Gala Preview Party on Thursday, July 24 (6pm to 9pm); tickets start at $150 per person. The Show runs Friday July 25, Saturday July 26 (10am to 6pm), and Sunday July 27 (10am to 4pm). General admission costs $15 per person, $20 for three day admission. All proceeds from sponsorships and ticket sales benefit the Newport Historical Society and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Newport County.
